Summer Exhale is a cooling, restorative experience designed for the height of summer—when everything feels full, warm, active + outward, and the body begins to crave space again.
This offering weaves together journaling, essential oil exploration + sound meditation to guide you out of the intensity of the season and back into something simpler: breath, presence + ease.
We’ll begin with a gentle journaling practice—an invitation to release what’s been building + create space within. From there, you’ll be guided through an intentional exploration of each essential oil—lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus + neroli—working with them one at a time to notice how each one supports the body, the breath + the nervous system in its own way.
You’ll then settle into a soothing sound meditation, where layers of sound support the body in releasing tension, quieting the mind + letting go of the pressure to keep moving, doing or holding it all together.
This experience isn’t about escaping summer—it’s about learning how to stay within it without becoming overwhelmed.
