A sound bath meditation surrounds the body + mind with gentle, resonant vibrations from crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes + gong. These soothing layers of sound help release tension, quiet the mind, restore balance, and cultivate a deep sense of calm + well-being.

In The Sanctuary, you’ll be supported in comfort with sheepskin rugs, memory foam, soft pillows, kantha blankets + lavender eye pillows—everything set up to help you fully relax + recharge.

This session is a mindful pause in your week, giving you space to reset your energy, ease stress and reconnect with a sense of calm + clarity.

These weekly sound baths are approximately 1.5 hours (cacao ceremonies are 2 hours) and offer a sacred space for personal reflection, healing + transformation. For detailed description of each session - click HERE

Our sound meditations are held in an intimate environment with limited space—preregistration is required.

Doors will open at 4:15, allowing you to settle in before we begin promptly at 4:30pm.
