why sound healing?
Sound healing is a meditative experience where vibrations gently wash over you, calming the mind + relaxing the body. These healing frequencies help release stress, restore balance + guide you into a state of deep inner peace.
During a session, you’ll be enveloped in the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, a gong, and more. Sessions are hosted in The Sanctuary where you’ll relax on sheepskin rugs with memory foam, pillows, kantha blankets + lavender eye pillows. More details on each session are outlined on the service offerings page.
