Golden Light is a sensory journey into warmth, vitality + inner radiance. Inspired by the start of summer, this experience invites you to soften into the present moment while awakening your natural energy + confidence from within.
Through the gentle blending of sound, journaling + essential oils, you are guided through layers of grounding, opening + activation—allowing the body + nervous system to unwind while the spirit expands. Bright citrus, soft spice + warm resin weave together to create an atmosphere that feels both uplifting + deeply steadying.
This is a space to release heaviness, reconnect to your inner fire + remember what it feels like to move through life with ease, clarity + lightness. As the sound meditation surrounds you, you are invited to simply receive—to let yourself be filled, softened + re-centered in your own glow.
Golden Light is not about becoming something new. It is about returning to what has always been there—your steady, radiant center.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class or event. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class/event. You may cancel by emailing sarah@moon-and-stone.com. If you have to cancel your class/event, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class/event. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class/event.
